The Chicago Media Project is Community, Media, and Philanthropy all rolled into one. The organization supports storytellers create emotional connections with viewers over many different issues including racial injustice, gun violence, climate change, fair democracy, gender equality and human rights. The project has created film festivals, pitch events, panel discussions and screenings to help the audience view these films. Many of the films have been recognized at the Emmys, Oscars, Peabody’s and more, showing how impactful the works have been.
